Mayor ashamed of Smart City work, asks officials to remove BBMP symbol

Smart City Project has turned out to be a curse for Bengaluru residents as delay in execution has resulted in traffic jams, inconvenience to motorists and walkers. Lurking danger at the work site haunts the public.

The mayor who has witnessed the state of roads and had also attempted to address it earlier, now wants the Smart City Limited officials to get the BBMP symbol removed from Smart City Protect boards, stating that it has dented civic body’s image.
