Karnataka: Rambhapuri seer hands over soil for Ayodhya Ram temple construction

Chikmagalur: On the backdrop of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and a host of other VIPs attending the ground-breaking ceremony for the Ram temple in Ayodhya on August 5, Rambhapuri Mutt in Balehonnur, Chikmagalur sent soil to the site where the temple will be built. Jagadguru Dr Veersomeshwara handed over the soil filled in a brass tumbler to VHP leaders on Tuesday (July 22).   

Meanwhile, on July 22, Admaru Mutt Aadalitha Mandali said that soil from Udupi was sent to the site where Ram Mandir will be built in Ayodhya.
