Hyderabad witnesses flood-like situation as heavy rains batter city
Heavy rains in the city of Hyderabad left parts of the city in knee deep waters. People were inconveniences as transportation had become difficult.
Hyderabad: Torrential rains in Hyderabad caused flood-like situation in parts of the city. People were stranded in offices as commuting had become difficult due to waterlogging.
The city had last witnessed such heavy rains in September, as many as 111 years back.
Tirumalgiri recorded 12.1 cms of rain, while Uppal recorded 12 cm.
