Bengaluru: Heavy rain and winds threw life out of the gear in many places in Bengaluru as reports of water logging, traffic jams and uprooted trees were reported across the city.
Massive traffic snarl was reported in Jayamahal Road near the ministers' official bungalows after a massive tree fell onto the road.
