Coronavirus: Bengaluru Police keep strict vigil, instruct people to stop commuting

With Karnataka under complete lockdown, police are having a tough task to keep people indoors as many are seen wanting to travel to their hometowns though the state borders have been sealed off
 

Bengaluru: The Karnataka government announced complete lockdown on Monday barring essential services. With borders sealed off, buses and railways have been brought to a standstill instructing people not to commute to other places. Police are keeping a strict vigil across Bengaluru and sending back people from where they came from. Police were seen sending people back. Those who arrived at Majestic bus station to commute to different places were sent back. Though some were hesitant to go back, the police forced them to leave the place as there would be no buses plying across the city and states.
