Union minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat's wife stitches masks in Delhi

Union minister of Jal Shakti Gajendra Singh Shekawat's wife and children are lending their hand in support to the battle against coronavirus by manufacturing masks at home

Jodhpur: It seems like every Indian is doing their bit in the battle against coronavirus. While some are donating to PM CARES Fund and CM Relief Fund, some are offering food to thousands of homeless and poor in the country.

Naunand Kanwar, the wife of Jodhpur MP and Union Jal Shakti minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, has pioneered in making masks for people. BJP's divisional media head Achal Singh Medatia said that Union minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat is monitoring the cases of corona infection himself and at the same time, his wife and children are involved in social service as they make masks at home at their Delhi residence. Naunand said that while in European countries like Italy, Spain, Britain, France, Germany the situation has worsened and become uncontrollable, Czech Republic has controlled the spread of COVID-19 to a large extent by using masks, and that's the reason why the family decided to stitch the masks themselves.
