Humanity breaks coronavirus bounds: Good Samaritans travel far to feed monkeys

As animals dependent on humans for food and water are struggling due to the lockdown, few good Samaritans have taken the risk to travel to faraway places to feed monkeys.

As Monkeys in Sangam and Nandi Hills are suffering without food and water due to shops and hotels shut on account of the lockdown, few Good Samaritans have taken it upon themselves to feed them. BBMP employee Amrutraj takes bananas to Nandi hills while Rudresh, a BJP leader from Ramnagar has been feeding buns, bananas and providing water to monkeys at Sangam and other temple zones.

The Samaritans say, as food packs arrive, the poor creatures are so hungry that they jump and take their food and stuff in their mouths. This scene has left many speechless.
