Coronavirus: Unavailability of masks prompts boutique owners to go on manufacturing spree

A Bengaluru couple has stopped their boutique work and started producing free masks for the needy and policemen in the city as the availability of masks has decreased

Bengaluru: The only way to stop the spread of coronavirus is social distancing at the moment. In whatever case, a mask goes a long way in protecting you from the deadly disease. The price of masks are increasing day by day and the availability of the masks are decreasing. In light of this, a couple running a boutique in Bengaluru's Banashankari has started producing masks for the poor and needy. The couple is distributing the masks to police personnel in the city too.

Vineeta Agarwal: From the time the disease started to spread in India the availability of the masks has decreased. So we stopped the work at the boutique and started to make masks. For the past 10 days we have been making masks. We are distributing the masks to the needy and policemen in the city.
