Shaktikanta Das, RBI Governor, has urged citizens to make use of digital payments during the ongoing coronavirus lockdown. As a financial sector regulator, in order to calm the nerves of the public and to assuage their concerns, the Governor of RBI is reaching out to the people. The message comes at a time when people all over in India are anxious over the effects of the lockdown.
