Siwan (Bihar): Amidst the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Bihar has decided to do away with mandatory quarantine for migrants returning to the state. The quarantine centres will be closed on June 15 after the last batch of migrants complete the process. While staying indoors, residents found it difficult to pass the time. So the migrants danced in a quarantine centre while maintaining social distance. This video has gone viral on social media. The inmates of Juafar Quarantine Centre in Siwan, Bihar, standing in rows, are trying to match the steps of an instructor who is dancing to the tunes of ‘Sandese Aate Hai’ from the 1997 war-action Bollywood film Border. Uttar Pradesh police officer Rahul Srivastav shared the video on his Twitter account.
