It all started when a blogpost written by Indian Fowler on Medium surfaced. The Viral Fever refuted it completely and instead threatened to take legal action against the person. However, soon many women came forward with their horrid experiences with Arunabh Kumar, CEO, TVF. Facing allegations of molestation, Arunabh Kumar today stepped down as the CEO of web entertainment channel The Viral Fever (TVF). In a statement posted on his Twitter handle, Kumar said he had decided to quit as he believes the organisation is bigger than the individual.

Special leave up to a period of 90 days may be granted to an aggrieved woman government servant during the pendency of inquiry under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace. The move should instead be to catch the accused within 90 days and then it will make a difference

Sexual harassment is not a joke! User accuses AIB star just to prove a point
Sexual harassment isn't a joke! And, this unverified Reddit user should know what a sensitive issue he or she has tried to ridicule. And, just to prove a point! The user wanted to prove that anyone could write a post accusing someone, and so the Indian Fowler and all the other women accusing TVF CEO Arunabh Kumar shouldn't be believed. To prove a point in this manner was as ridiculous as the post threatening the victim released by TVF.
