    TMC worker shot dead in West Bengal

    A Trinamool Congress worker was shot dead by unidentified persons at Andal in West Burdwan district on Wednesday (November 11) night. Two other men were highly injured in the same incident. They were admitted to a local hospital. Police have started a probe and are conducting searches to arrest the accused persons.

    TMC workers shot in West Bengal; party blames BJP

    Three Trinamool Congress (TMC) workers were shot in Canning in West Bengal’s South 24 Parganas district. All of them have been admitted to the SSKM Hospital in Kolkata. Police have made three arrests so far. Primary investigation has led to the findings that all the three arrested individuals have prior criminal records and are residents of Hooghly district.

    BJP worker shot by TMC activist in West Bengal

    A BJP worker has been shot by a TMC activist in West Bengal's Howrah district. The incident took place in Chandanapara in Bagnan police station area when the BJP worker was returning home. TMC worker Paritosh Majhi and some others stopped the BJP worker in the road and shot at him from a close range. The BJP worker is being treated at a state-run hospital in Kolkata and his condition is stated to be stable.
