    11 members defy lockdown, offer namaz at masjid in Karnataka’s green zone Kolar

    Following a complaint from the public that some of the members of Muslim community are holiding prayers at the masjid despite lockdown orders, Tasildhar Shobita raided the masjid and asked the police to book them. Out of 11 members, cases against 10 have been registered.

    Swamy Ayyappa forced to emerge from the encroached land

    District Revenue Department’s failure to protect its land has led to emerging of a temple and compost units at a property in Bommanahalli. Despite repeated complaints, the authorities have failed to conduct a re-survey the land and mark its boundary for further protection. Delay in the process has not only led to installing a temple, but it is allegedly expanding the boundary.
