Actor Sanchari Vijay declared dead at 3:34 am, donates organs; to be laid to rest with state honours
38-year-old National award winning actor Sanchari Vijay was confirmed dead at 3:34 am on June 15. The doctors, after taking consent from his family, began the retrieval of organs and seven patients were given his organs including corneas, kidneys, heart valves and liver to save their lives. The actor will be laid to rest with state honours in his native Chikmagalur.
