Aarti Tikoo Singh slams Tony Ashai for issuing a threat, extends support to Arnab Goswami
Amidst the raging controvery over Mumbai police's action against Republic TV's Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami, Kashmiri Architect and Pakistan sympathiser Tony Ashai has brewed a new controversy. In response to a a video of Arnab Goswami alleging threat to his life, Tony Ashai took a dig at the Republic TV Editor-in-Chief claiming, "After putting many lives in danger by falsely accusing them and destroying their lives, Arnab Goswami now pleads for his life."
In the same tweet, Tony Ashai issued a veiled threat to Times Now's Navika Kumar and Kashmir-based journalist Aarti Tikoo Singh, calling for an assault against them for speaking against Pakistan and it's Army. “The same fate awaits Aarti Tikoo Navika Kumar and others. I hope with Trump gone, there will be a wave of restoration of good values worldwide," tweeted Tony Ashai.
In an exclusive interview to Asianet Newsable's Sunita Iyer, Aarti Tikoo Singh, Foreign & Strategic Affairs Editor, IANS, called Tony's Ashai's threat as serious and called for the Indian government to blacklist him from visiting India.
