He said, "Essentially, the Chinese initiated this whole thing. They are looking after the manner in which the Indian response has been there in the last 2-3 months. Obviously the Chinese are looking for an exit strategy.."
He added, "This is one of the awkward times when I personally feel that the Chinese may require the Pakistanis more than the Pakistanis requiring the Chinese."
