Corruption Allegations  

Bahrain's Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, one of the world's longest-serving prime ministers who led the island nation's government for decades and survived the 2011 Arab Spring protests that demanded his ouster over corruption allegations, died on Wednesday.

 A bench headed by Justice Ashok Bhushan said the "drastic order" passed by the high court without hearing the chief minister has taken "everybody by surprise" as there was no prayer in the plea by the journalists to lodge an FIR against Rawat.

Kerala's Vigilance & Anti-Corruption Bureau (VACB) chief Jacob Thomas has never been away from the news since his appointment. Ironically, for someone who leads an anti-corruption unit, Thomas has had to face several corruption allegations. Let's take a look at the some of them.
