Based on a tip off, a discotheque was raided by the Central Crime Branch (CCB) officials on Sunday evening and rescued 28 girls. According to the police, the young girls were made to dance in an obscene manner to attract customers

Cocaine worth Rs 5 lakh seized by Bengaluru Police; Nigerian national arrested
Close on the heels of the arrest of a Nigerian national for trying to sell banned drug cocaine worth one lakh a few days ago, the Central Crime Branch finally managed to capture the accused in possession of 75 grams of cocaine worth Rs 5 lakh.

Bengaluru Police arrest Congo national trying to sell cocaine
The Central Crime Branch (CCB) officials arrested a Congo national for possessing cocaine and trying to sell it to customers in east Bengaluru limits. The officials said Bosa Lukengo Dayve alias David Bosa had 8 gram of cocaine wrapped in a plastic paper and was standing near Byrathi Cross Road on Saturday night. He was caught red-handed while trying to sell the drug.

Ganja worth Rs 1.5 lakh seized in Kanakapura road by CCB, Bengaluru
Determined to keep the new year celebration free from drugs, the Central Crime Branch, Bengaluru raided a house on Kanakapura road and arrested a peddler on December 30 evening. With this arrest, the police were able to seize 3.2 kilos of cannabis worth 1.5 lakh. According to police, the seized item was brought to sell during new year celebrations in the city.
