Bengaluru Metro to extend timing from January 1
Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation said last set of trains from Majestic station will depart in all directions at 12 am. The last metro train from Baiyappanahalli will depart at 11:35pm rather than 11pm now.

It is always BBMP who is blamed for the issue of solid waste management, but there are other stakeholders like BMRCL who are supposed to be responsible. The medians and pillars of Namma Metro which is a source for revenue through advertisements could do with a makeover as these places are now dumping points for garbage such as unwanted household items, construction debris, etc

Vellara underground station work stalled due to land tussle: BMRCL yet to acquire All Saints’ Church land
In a meeting that was called by Church of South India, Karnataka Central Diocese Bishop PK Samuel on March 12, it was agreed that the church will nominate a committee and that this committee along with the BMRCL will conduct joint site inspections on the land which is currently the premises of All Saints’ Church. However, no committee of the sort was formed by CSI Karnataka Central Diocese, reports said.
