The complaint also mentions co-founders Sattvik Mishra and Sriparna Tikekar of 'aiding and abetting the harassment' as they tried to shield Pandey, as per the report. The FIR has been filed at the Vasant Kunj (South) Police Station, Delhi, invoking section 354 A (sexual harassment), section 509 (insulting the modesty of a woman), and section 506 (criminal intimidation).

The report reveals that the complainant worked for Scoopwhoop from 2015 to 2017 and through this period Pandey passed lewd remarks and also publicly humiliated her on her sexuality. “Mr Suparn Pandey in public commented on my sexuality and this comment included calling me a names (sic.) which reflected on my sexual orientation and my sexual preferences (sic.) as well as characterised me in a certain way”, as per the FIR lodged reports Catch News. The report also mentions about being how she felt “disgusted” and “physically violated”.

An India Today report states that the complainant tried to raise the matter with other co-founders, but there was no action taken against Pandey. On the other hand, she was humiliated for the complaint and made to work in close proximity to Pandey. When she threatened to go to the police, the management in turn threatened to destroy her career, the report adds further.

While the dust on the TVF molestation case has barely settled, and here's yet another incident showcasing how sexual harassment in offices is rampant. When accused, The Viral Fever refuted it completely and instead threatened to take legal action against the person. However, soon many women came forward with their horrid experiences with Arunabh Kumar. It should be noted that most of these women wrote from their official handles. There were many others from the community who came in support of at least starting an investigation as so many women wouldn't begin lying simultaneously.
