Hyundai Motor India today announced that the new Creta has garnered more than 1 lakh bookings. While bookings for the new Creta opened on January 2, it was launched on January 16.  The Hyundai Creta is the largest-selling mid-size SUV in India, with volumes of 161,653 units in FY24. 

The Tata Safari, Tata Harrier, Tata Nexon, Volkswagen Taigun, and Skoda Kushaq are the top five SUVs with the highest Global NCAP safety ratings.
 

Tata Harrier and Safari facelifts, which were recently tested at Global NCAP, will also be crash-tested at Bharat NCAP. 5 key tests will be conducted: frontal impact, side impact, side pole impact, electronic stability control and pedestrian-compliant front design.

Skoda Kushaq Matte Edition will be available with both the 1.0L and 1.5L petrol engines in manual and automatic versions. The Kushaq Matte Edition would be limited to only 500 units.
