A day after ED claimed before a Delhi court that Arvind Kejriwal is eating foods high in sugar like mangoes and sweets every day despite having type 2 diabetes to create grounds for medical bail, the Delhi CM responded to the charges levied against him with a series of questions.

AAP said that Arvind Kejriwal’s blood sugar level has been above 300 for the past several days. They alleged that the Tihar Jail authority was not giving insulin to Kejriwal, despite him asking for it.
 

With his brother, Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi, away campaigning in Aurangabad, Akbaruddin Owaisi hinted at the possibility of targeted violence against him and his brother.

Two individuals suspected of shooting at actor Salman Khan's residence in Bandra are believed to have conducted reconnaissance in Panvel prior to the incident. CCTV footage captured them near Khan's residence wearing caps and carrying backpacks. The attack is thought to have been orchestrated by a member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang based in Canada

Mann's visit to Tihar Jail came amidst preparations for his meeting with Kejriwal, scheduled to take place in the prison. Officials from Tihar Jail, Delhi Police, and Punjab Police met to discuss security arrangements and formalities required for the meeting.

Earlier, the Delhi High Court had upheld Kejriwal's arrest on April 9, saying that the ED had limited recourse after the AAP leader repeatedly ignored summons and declined to participate in the investigation.

The BRS leader's legal troubles began when she was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on March 15 and subsequently placed in Tihar jail. She is the third prominent politician to face arrest in this case, following AAP leaders Manish Sisodia and Sanjay Singh.

In a major development, Amir Sarfaraz alias Tamba, who was convicted in the killing of Indian national Sarabjit Singh in jail, was shot dead by unknown men in Lahore, according to media reports.
 

Anmol Bishnoi, brother of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, has claimed responsibility for the firing outside Salman Khan's home on Sunday. Read his social media post, Anmol said the incident was only a "trailer".
