Prior to this week's Eid holidays, prices to India from the UAE have unexpectedly decreased as a result of new flights by Air India Express and GoAir. 
 

A senior pilot working with low-cost airline GoAir was sacked from services after he made derogatory remarks about Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his account on micro-blogging site Twitter.

Flight services between Kolkata and Bangladesh will resume on October 28. SpiceJet, IndiGo, Air India, GoAir and Vistara are the Indian carriers allowed to operate flights to Dhaka and Chittagong from Kolkata, Delhi, Chennai and Mumbai. They can operate up to 28 flights in a week from these cities. Biman Bangladesh, US Bangla Airlines and NovoAir are the Bangladesh carriers, which can operate a similar number of flights.

The passengers of a GoAir flight, travelling from Ahmedabad to Jaipur, were caught by surprise. They were unexpectedly welcomed by two pigeons.
