The photos captured a light-hearted “dessert battle” between the couple, complete with Twinkle’s signature wit. She declared dessert as non-negotiable territory through her caption which she used to present the “Three Rules of Gluttony.”

Twinkle made sure to win the dessert battle when she ate dessert herself and gave Akshay one small taste of her victory. The first photo shows Akshay making a punching gesture with his hands while Twinkle shows a victorious smile after winning the dessert fight in the last image. According to police reports, a speeding Mercedes first hit an autorickshaw, causing it to lose control and crash into a car that was part of Akshay Kumar’s security entourage. It was my daughter. She switched off the whole thing and she went and told my wife. This is how things begin. This is also a part of cybercrime... I would request the Chief Minister that in our Maharashtra state, every week in the seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth standards, there should be a period called cyber period where children should be explained about it. You all know that this crime is becoming bigger than street crime. It is very important to stop this crime...," Akshay revealed.

Arshad Warsi as Jolly No. 1 fits his character, but we cannot ignore that his screen time in the film is less than Akshay's. The artist who grabs the most headlines in 'Jolly LLB 3' is Saurabh Shukla. He has done a tremendous job in the film. Amrita Rao is also seen on screen after a long time through this film, but she and Huma Qureshi don't have much to do in the film. This figure is relatively low for a sequel featuring such a strong star cast. With less than two days remaining until release, the film’s advance booking total has still not crossed ₹1 crore. The makers remain hopeful that bookings will pick up as the release date approaches.

Can Jolly LLB 3 recover with word-of-mouth?

One point of relief for the makers is that Jolly LLB 3 is a courtroom drama-comedy, a genre that doesn’t heavily rely on high advance bookings or massive openings. It has the potential to perform well through positive word-of-mouth.

For reference, Jolly LLB 2, released in 2017, also had modest advance bookings but went on to earn ₹13 crore on its opening day. Powered by strong audience reception, the Akshay Kumar-starrer collected ₹117 crore in India and ₹198 crore worldwide.

What changes did the CBFC make to 'Jolly LLB 3'?

The CBFC asked the makers to remove the old disclaimer and add a new one. Additionally, wherever alcohol brands were visible, they were blurred. The word F***er was used in one place in the film, which has been removed. In a scene where the police attack an old man, necessary changes were made. A dialogue was replaced with an emergency clause. A logo visible in the same scene was changed. A logo visible on a file was blurred. In the second half, a dialogue was changed to 'Janki Amma's village is just one... threw the check in the face.' "Maine pehli film mei bola, mujhe nikal dia (I said in the first film and he fired me)," Arshad Warsi added to the banter, prompting others to laugh.

Akshay went on to call the director a "strict master" before Arshad jokingly asked Kapoor to scold everyone.

"It was a fun experience working with the trio of Akshay Ji, Arshad Ji, and Saurabh. They would laugh for the entire day on the sets. As a director, I had certain restrictions and they perfectly followed the same," Subhash Kapoor said.

Elsewhere during the launch, Akshay also opened up about his preparation for the character, which is a Kanpur-based lawyer and said, "I used a few words from Kanpur's regional dialect. The case is being fought in Delhi and the film will be released across the country. We have made a selective use of the regional language to help everyone understand."

"The film is about farmers. It will offer entertainment as well as a lesson to society. It is based on a real-life incident that took place in 2011," he further spoke about the film.

On the other hand, Arshad Warsi, who is set to reprise his beloved character from the first film, added, "There is a new issue, a new topic, and a new story. There are things that will touch your heart, and there is humour as well as romance for the audience."

Saurabh Shukla, who also attended the trailer launch alongside Akshay and Arshad, stated that the Jolly LLB films don't preach wisdom but share a message that stays with the audience.

The trailer was unveiled on Wednesday, offering a first glimpse of the clash between Akshay and Warsi's characters.

The film brings back the essence of the popular franchise, with two Jollies fighting to prove who the 'real' one is. Amruta Fadnavis hosted the beach clean-up drive from her foundation, Divyaj Foundation, in association with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). It was also attended by the Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar. 

In the visuals, Akshay Kumar was seen cleaning the Juhu beach by putting huge flower garlands in a bag along with other junk, including bottles, dirty clothes and others. 

The BMC Commissioner Bhushan Gagrani also participated in the clean-up drive on Sunday.

While talking to the ANI, Amruta Fadnavis said, "We have organised a beach cleanup at Juhu Beach today. We are very pleased with the participation of people from all walks of life in this clean-up drive. A lot of organisations helped us, including BMC, in this initiative because it is our responsibility to keep the beaches clean. As celebrating festivals is our right, so is the cleanup. "

While sending a message to the youth, Amruta said, "I just want to tell the youth that there is only one earth. Its growth and nourishment is our responsiblity and no alien will come down to do it for us. We have to do it by ourselves." 

Devendra Fadnavis' daughter Divija Fadnavis also participated in the cleanup drive. While narrating her experience, Divija called for the eco-friendly Ganesha idols. 

"I felt really good that I got the permission to come and clean our beautiful beach. I saw that there are small pieces of plaster of Paris left from the idol of Lord Ganesha. I was very sad to see this. That's why I want to say, please take an eco-friendly Ganesh as our Lord should not be insulted like this," said Divija while talking to ANI. 

The cleanup drive was organised after the Lord Ganesh idol visarjan on Saturday.  The 10-day celebrations for Ganesh Chaturthi began on August 27. The festival marks the worship of Lord Ganesha, who is revered as the god of new beginnings and remover of obstacles.

The festival culminates on the 10th day, which is marked by vibrant processions, music, prayers, and other celebrations. Devotees across all big cities, including Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, and Hyderabad, participated in the last day of the grand celebration. (ANI)

Reports suggest the Allahabad High Court dismissed the petition seeking to halt Jolly LLB 3's release. The petition claimed the film defames the legal profession. The court found nothing objectionable in the film's teaser and songs. Following this decision, the film is expected to release on schedule. Objections to Jolly LLB 3 Song

Petitioners seeking to halt Jolly LLB 3's release asked the court to remove the song 'Bhai Vakil Hai,' revoke the CBFC certification, and demand an apology from the makers for allegedly misrepresenting lawyers and the judiciary. They argued the film's promos demeaned lawyers and discouraged students from joining the profession. However, the Allahabad High Court found nothing objectionable in the song or trailer and dismissed the petition. The court stated, “We found nothing objectionable that requires court intervention. We've also read the song's lyrics and found nothing misrepresenting the legal profession.”

SM Raju's Accident
