Djokovic is Prizmic's idol, and a landmark win gives the young talent a match with either Ugo Humbert or Vit Kopriva and a chance to make the fourth round of a Masters 1000 event for the first time.

"It was big moment for me. It was also big thing to share the court with a legend," said Prizmic.

"It was a tough match, Caty really played great," said Swiatek.

Swiatek, a six-time Grand Slam champion, has not won a clay tournament since capturing the last of her four French Open titles in 2024.

Kuldeep Vedwan was charged under sections 10 (aggravated sexual assault) and 12 (sexual harassment) of the POCSO Act, as well as Section 354 (assault or criminal force to a woman with intent to outrage her modesty) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). The national para-archery coach was taken into immediate judicial custody following the court’s pronouncements by Additional Sessions Judge Narendra Singh.

Along with five years of rigorous imprisonment, the Special Court has imposed a financial penalty of INR 15,000, bringing a decisive conclusion to a case that has sent shockwaves through the Indian sports fraternity.

"There's nothing I need to show in this league," James said.

"I've done it all, I've seen it all. So you know, just trying to compete and trying to win championships, I think that's a motivating factor."
