Bollywood hits from the 90s bring out the desi thumkas in all of us. Perhaps this is why a group of girls from an Odisha college got together and danced to songs that make us super nostalgic. A recently released video has earned over 15 million views and for all the right reasons.

The girls danced to a medley of songs which included hits like AR Rahman’s Muqabla, Chak Dhum Dhum from Dil Toh Pagal Hain and Oh Oh Jaane Jaana from Salman Khan’s Pyaar Kiya toh Darna Kya. Anyone who grew up in the 90s will remember dancing to these songs at their cousin’s birthday party or forced to show these moves in front of their aunts or uncles.

Thankfully, these girls look like they are having a blast and so is the audience. The best part about this dance is that they’ve stuck to old school dance moves that remind us of a time when Bollywood wasn’t influenced by hip hop and desi rap.
