Yeddyurappa must resign, later Kumaraswamy will be asked to take the oath: Ramalinga Reddy

Speaking moments before the floor test, Congress leader Ramalinga Reddy said that BJP has only 104 seats and Congress-JD(S) has 117 seats. None of the MLAs including Pratap Gowda and Anand Singh will take the oath and support Congress.
