A man dejected in love posted his ex-girlfriend's nude photos on the Instagram and called her a prostitute. He even published her number on the social media with a message; she is a prostitute anyone can call her on this number at night.
The man has been identified as Shouvik Bhawan, 22, of Bengaluru. He is pursuing second year BBM in one of the colleges in Bengaluru.
He was in a relationship with a girl from Tejpur in Assam. But later she started avoiding him and rejected his love. After which the angry man posted her objectionable pictures of the time they were in a relationship.
The girl currently pursuing post graduation in a Mumbai-based college has filed a complaint with the MIDC police who have detained Shouvik and are questioning him in this regard.
Times of India reported that "Bhawan has posted at least 20 nudes photos of the victim on Instagram. He even posted her mobile number showcasing her prostitute and asked to contact her to spend a night," as told by a police officer.
He had even threatened her of publishing their intimate moments if she doesn't continue her relationship with him.
It can be noted that just three days ago, at Kanigeri in Prakasam district (Andhra Pradesh) three boys had put up a video on Facebook of a girl being molested. According to reports, the girl was in a relationship with one of the boys Karthik. But she had started avoiding him off late.
The boy with his two friends hatched a plan, and on the pretext of going to temple took the girl who was accompanied by her friend to an isolated place and asked his friends to rape her. Meanwhile, he was filming the incident.
The girl's parents filed a complaint against the boys, who were arrested by the Kanigiri police.
