A man drowned in the Kapila river while swimming with two of his friends. The deceased has been identified as Umesh. The tragic incident happened in HD Kote in Mysuru. Kapila river is on the verge of overflowing. The Belatturu bridge has been inundated due to heavy rainfall. This has hampered the search operations.
