Karnataka Elections 2018: Here is Election Commissioner's message to all voters

It's just 24 hours before Karnataka Elections 2018. With all the drama that played out in the last few weeks, from political slugfest, cash seizures to voter IDs  stacked in a place, the Election Commission promises to make this a fair and fearless one telling the public that security is in full swing. Chief Election Commissioner, Sanjiv Kumar, appeals to all voters, asking them to exercise their democratic right to vote.
