Five-year old leopard captured in Ramanagara

A trap cage was placed after a complaint was filed by the villagers in Gowdana Doddi, Ramanagara.

 

A five-year-old male leopard was captured by forest officials in Gowdana Doddi, Ramanagara in Karnataka. The leopard fed on goats and sheep which left the farmers in the locality terrified. The villagers lodged a complaint with the forest department where they set up a trap cage to capture the leopard. It took about three days to trap the leopard.
