Father washed away in the water fall in Karnataka; mother, children safe

The family of 4 went to Chuchanakatte waterfalls in Mysuru district, Karnataka, for a holiday. The fun visit turned into a tragic accident. Mother and children are safe but the father was washed away in the river. The family was playing in the water when the sudden Increase in water level resulted in this unfortunate incident. Though 3 members of the family escaped, the father was washed away while the family was helpless.  Water level increased due to heavy rains in Coorg.
