Despite trends of BJP leading having come in, Congress is still hopeful of a win

Congress leader Radhakrishnan is still hopeful of a win in Karnataka and has said that the centres that have a Congress strong hold have still not finished counting and they would rise to power. Despite BJP smoothly sailing through the prominent seats, the pary is still confident of forming the government and has tactfully maintained "cautious optimism". The Congress leader feels that it's too early to come to a conclusion that the party does not have a promising number of leads but it in no way hints to them not being a part of the game.
