Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy, in his speech in Ramanagara, addressed some of the issues concerning the people of the state. He reiterated that despite his busy schedules, he will work for the people. On providing free bus pass to school students, the Chief Minister announced that it will only be for government schoolchildren and not for those studying in private institutions. HDK said that people were ready to spend Rs 50,000 to 1 lakh to pay fees at private schools and asked why they needed free bus passes. Talking about his constituency Channapatna, he said that there will several leaders and for them he was the leader.
