When JD(S) strongman HD Kumaraswamy won in both the constituencies he contested from in Karnataka elections 2018, Channapatna and Ramanagara, he gave up his long-held bastion Ramanagara for the former. JD(S) will possibly field Kumaraswamy's wife Anita or his son Nikhil Kumar, to contest in the Ramanagara bypoll. But isn't this hypocrisy on the part of Kumaraswamy who had earlier said that only two members from his family will contest in the elections?
