70-year-old villager forced to crawls out of Malleshwaram Hospital?

 A 70-year-old villager who came for treatment at KC General Hospital in Malleswaram, Bengaluru was forced to crawl out of the hospital. 

A 70-year-old village resident who came for treatment to the KC General Hospital in Malleswaram, Bengaluru was forced to crawl out of the hospital as wheelchair was not provided to him. The incident occurred on Tuesday (June 5) afternoon when the patient, hailing from Kammaghatta village near Doddaballapur in Bengaluru Rural district, arrived at the hospital seeking treatment for an ailment in his legs. But after treatment, his leg was bandaged and he was not in a position to walk. However, the hospital authorities said that the patient didn't ask for the wheelchair. One of the doctors said that the patient was suffering from non - healing ulcers on his leg. After bandaging was done, he was made to sit on a table. One of the staff informed one of his family members about his condition. But after they left the place, the patient started crawling towards the exit. He didn’t ask for wheelchair assistance and the hospital has enough wheelchairs. The doctor also said he will order an inquiry and initiate action against the staff if they are found guilty. The patient is alleged to be mentally unsound.
