Raghu Dixit, Samyukta Hornad sing along to promote pet adoption

Raghu Dixit and Samyukta Hornad's music video Tsunami has premiered in Kannada and Hindi. The video was made to encourage people to adopt pet animals from animal rescue centres and give them a second chance and a forever home.

Bengaluru: Raghu Dixit and Samyukta Hornad's music video Tsunami has premiered in Kannada and Hindi.

The music video is a tribute to pet lovers and features various artists and people from all walks of life along with their loving pets.

A couple of months ago, Raghu Dixit and Samyukta Hornad had asked their fans and followers to share pictures of themselves with their adopted pets. These pictures now feature throughout the music video of Tsunami.

Titled Tsunami, the song is about the selfless love that pet animals drown humans in. The song is also a personal tribute to Thunti (Raghu's pet dog) and Gunda (Samyukta's pet dog).

The video was made to encourage people to adopt pet animals from animal rescue centres and give them a second chance and a forever home.

Pleading people to adopt animals Raghu and Samyukta say that the pets will in return surely fill people’s lives with love that is completely unconditional and uncompromising.  

The song has been sung by Raghu Dixit and Samyukta Hornad. The Kannada lyrics of the song are by Raghavendra V Kamath, while Neeraj Rawat has penned the lyrics for the Hindi version.
