Coronavirus: SSLC student who took up exams tests positive for COVID-19 in Kerala

 In Kerala's Kasaragod an SSLC student has tested positive for coronavirus. On Friday 34 coronavirus cases were reported from Kasaragod.

Kasaragod: An SSLC student tested positive for coronavirus in Kerala's Kasaragod district. According to reports, the student had attended examinations in Kanjangad school.

The student is the daughter of a coronavirus patient.

The health department has directed all the students who undertook their examination with the victim to remain under observation.

Coronavirus in Kerala:

Kerala chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan, during a press meet on March 27, said that it was not a good day for Kerala as the state had reported 39 positive cases of coronavirus. The CM added that with these 39 cases, the total number of positive cases in the state has reached 164.

Among the 39 cases, 34 were reported from Kerala's Kasaragod district. The chief minister also requested Keralites to pay heed to the situation and stay at home.
