North Karnataka floods: Relief materials you gave for victims lying undistributed in rooms?

Bengaluru: A few weeks ago, North Karnataka received the worst possible rains, throwing life out of gear.

Almost 60 people lost their lives, while many remain homeless.

People from across the state sent in whatever they could to help the affected people. From food to raw materials and clothes, they pitched in with absolute selflessness.

But most unfortunately, your contributions have not reached the intended people. Negligence of officials has led to wastage of these materials.

While these allegations are levelled, the assistant tehsildar has refuted the claims. Here are both the versions:
