Fire breaks out at cloth showroom in Kolkata

A massive fire broke out in the Baguiati Jora Mandir cloth showroom on Thursday (October 29). Three fire engines were brought to extinguish the fire. However, there are no causalities reported yet.

Kolkata: A massive fire broke out in the Baguiati Jora Mandir cloth showroom on Thursday (October 29). Dense black smoke curled up in the air after the fire outbreak took place.

Three fire engines were brought to extinguish the fire. The fire broke out on the ground floor of the showroom. When the showroom caught fire, everyone came down from the building in panic. However, there are no causalities reported yet.

Recently, a massive fire outbreak took place in Ganesh Chandra Avenue in Boubazar. The fire broke out in the LIC building. Three people were rescued in the blaze. Witnesses claimed that there were several workers on the 4th floor of the multi-story building at that time. Seeing the fire and black smoke, people started shouting. The locals informed police. Upon receiving the news, the police rushed to the spot.

After this terrific fire outbreak, the administration is worried about the situation. However, the fire has been brought under control by three fire engines.
