Coronavirus — Photos: This restaurant reopens with ‘Quarantine Greenhouses’; sold out until June end

Amsterdam: A restaurant in The Netherlands’ capital Amsterdam has reopened with new designs keeping in mind the safety of its staff and customers in the post-coronavirus (COVID-19) world. The Mediamatic ETEN restaurant has come up with greenhouse dining where diners enjoy their meals in glass cabins. They are called “Quarantine Greenhouses”. In French, the glass houses are called ‘Serres Séparées’ (Separate Greenhouses). The restaurant is sold out until June end, according to its website. Here are some of the pictures from the restaurant and how the waiters are serving food.

"In restaurants and bars, a separate room is traditionally named in French: "chambre séparée". It suggests a sexy kind of intimacy, here things can happen that should remain hidden from plain sight and not be heard by all. We've decided to name our greenhouses in French too. Although what happens inside will be a lot more public...," the Mediamatic ETEN restaurant said.
