Sleeping on the stomachA lot of people prefer burying their face on the pillow sleeping on their stomach. But, it's harmful as your eyes that gather liquid will make it puffy. If you have oily skin, then the pillow will obstruct the pores of that part of the skin buried in the pillow cover.
Sleeping straight, depending on your back?Well, as per beauty and lifestyle consultants sleeping or resting on your back is a perfect position not to harm your skin. In this way, you are not touching your pillow or pillowcase, nor you are accumulating the liquid of your eyes to make it look puffy.
Sleeping in a soldier's postureIf you sleep in a soldier's posture, it is not ideal, as many beauty experts suggest. In this position, you are resting on your back, and your hands are down close to your body. At least 8 per cent of people prefer this position.
