Actress Rashmika Mandanna is one of the rising actresses in India, with multiple films in her kitty; she is currently the busiest amount all her competitors. Rashmika has just finished shooting for her second Bollywood film Goodbye with Amitabh Bachchan and Neena Gupta.
And soon will see her Hindi film debut with Mission Majnu featuring Sidharth Malhotra. Also, she is doing the Telugu film Pushpawith Allu Arjun in the lead. In a recent interview with Film Companion, she revealed many things about her Bollywood entry, her break-up with Rakshit Shetty, her friendship with Vijay Deverakonda etc.
Rashmika also talks about trolling and negativity on social media after her break-up with Kannada star Rakshit Shetty and her looks. She said it gets suffocating when people are talking about your body, your skin, your relationship.
She added that you feel like you’re stripped naked in front of so many people. And for a young girl, that’s not easy. Now, she has become hard and stop being a punching bag for people.
Rashmika said that it turned her into a rock in terms of dealing with trolling and negative comments over the years because now they do, and it does not even matter to me. Rashmika says now such things doesn’t hurt her anymore and, in fact, she sometimes wants to give something for people to troll. "I’m like, ‘Accha, chalo, take it. I’ve given you this."
Talking about Vijay Deverakonda, Rashmika said he is one person who gives her advice and is the only go-to guy in the industry. She calls him her best friend.
