3 scenic South Indian routes every biker must take

South India offers some spectacular scenery when travelling on the road.
 

Road trips by bikes are nothing short of an adrenaline rush.  Get on the Indian highway already, if you haven’t and enjoy some gorgeous routes with the wind in your hair, and the road in front of you.

Bangalore  - Coorg:    

Often called the Scotland of India, the route to Kodava or Coorg  has some great roads and scenery. It takes about 6 hours to reach Coorg.  The driving conditions are a mixed bag – with some super spectacular smooth roads to rough ones.  But, overall a good one.
 

Chennai - Pondicherry:   
 

The East Coast Road is what makes this ride exhilarating. It takes a little over two hours to reach here. Head on over here between the months of October – February.

Hyderabad to Kurnool:

One of the most gorgeous places to go on a road trip near Hyderabad, Kurnool is just three hours away. It is home to two well-known rivers: the  Hundri and Neevu which pass Kurnool. Besides this, there’s a bird sanctuary, a fort, and of course, the famed Belum caves to check out.
