When Ashwath once told Ambareesh "Enough of you"!

When Ashwath once said Enough of you Ambareesh

Rebel Star Ambareesh is a man who enjoys all good things in life. His penchant for race, glamour and luxury are known to everyone. But this sometimes had inconvenienced many artistes - during shooting - including veteran actor KS Ashwath.

Ashwath was a resident of Mysuru and Ambareesh too stayed in the heritage capital of the state before he moved to Bengaluru. Once, Ashwath and Ambareesh were shooting for the same movie and they had to travel to Bengaluru, very often. Ambareesh who had a car then invited Ashwath to drive along with him. Ashwath who was mightly impressed by the young actor's invitation readily agreed to travel with him.

But it did not take much time for Ashwath to realise what a mistake he had done by agreeing to travel with the Rebel Star. Ambareesh was crazy of wheels and none could match up his speed. There were stories of how he could manage to cover the distance between Mysuru and Bengaluru in just one-and-a-half-hours. Ambareesh was driving in his usual crazy speed and Ashwath was getting nervous. He pleaded Ambareesh to slow down but in vain. Ambareesh in his usual unapologetic style would say, "Why don't you keep quiet. I will take you safe. Don't worry."

But Ashwath had enough of Ambareesh and he decided to get down from the car. At one point, Ashwath asked Ambareesh to stop so that he could attend to nature's call. As he got down, he said, "Ninagondu dodda namaskara. Inmele Ninna Car hattolla (Enough of you. I will never board your car again)". Ashwath refused to get into the car despite Ambareesh pleading and decided to board a bus. Later, Ashwath who saw a bus going towards Bengaluru, hand-signalled to stop it and left for Bengaluru. Later, when they both reached the shooting spot, the crew could not help but laugh at Ambareesh and Ashwath's antics.

(Ashwath had narrated this incident to Ashwath Narayan)
